To keep things simple, JPA Fitness uses General Session Credits (GSC) instead of forcing you to buy separate packages for different services.

Your credits can be used however you see fit. For example, if you purchase a 10-pack of sessions, you can mix and match them for both personal training and nutrition coaching depending on what you need that week.

Here is a quick breakdown of how the GSC system works:

  • Session Length: Standard individual sessions are 35 minutes.

  • Package Pricing: The larger the package you buy, the lower your cost per session.

  • In-Person Training: In-person sessions use a minimum of 2 credits (1 for the session and 1 to cover travel time).

  • Adjustments: Additional credits apply for extended travel, longer sessions, or extended wait times.

  • Extended Sessions: Want a longer workout? You can combine up to 2 credits for an extended session (subject to schedule availability).
