Over my years in the fitness industry, I’ve heard it all. Some questions have quick answers—like "does chicken have more protein than pasta?" Others are a bit more open-ended—like "is this fruit smoothie actually healthy?" I make it a point to answer every single question truthfully, respectfully, and without judgment. But I also started writing them down.
Why?
Because for every person who asks, there are a dozen more who want to know but are too shy to speak up. Since "Is this healthy?" is the number-one question I get asked—usually while walking between clients or heading to my office—it felt like the perfect name for this blog. Welcome!
