Walking into a gym can be overwhelming, and knowing where to start is often the hardest part. That’s exactly why I founded JPA Fitness—to create a supportive space where you can build both your strength and your confidence.
Together, we will break down the barriers holding you back and replace doubt with a clear, personalized roadmap to your fitness goals.
The “How”
Everyone’s fitness journey is different. Everyone’s workout regimen is specific to them. My philosophy, however, centers around resistance training.
Does that mean you will look like a bodybuilder? For most people, unless your specific plan calls for it, no!
Resistance training is your blueprint for a stronger, more capable, and highly functional body.
When you pair that strength with the right nutrition, you will unlock your fitness goals .

From newcomers navigating a gym for the first time to fitness veterans fighting through a plateau, my goal is to help you succeed. While I work with all clients, I have developed deep expertise in a few core specialties
Beginners: Overcome the learning curve and transition from completely unsure to completely confident in your training.
Senior Conditioning: Low-impact, tailored resistance training focused on longevity, strength, and joint health.
Teen Fitness: Vigorous, high-energy regimens utilizing calisthenics and plyometrics to build power and agility.

Remote Personal Training
Personalized sessions tailored to your exact goals and needs. Sessions are coached remotely. The most popular and convenient option for most clients.
Nutrition Coaching
A well-planned nutrition regimen will super-charge your results in the gym—especially with proper coaching. I will help you make better nutrition decisions and ultimately get you coach you to make better nutrition decisions to supercharge your fitness goals.
One-on-One Personal Training
One-on-one training sessions coached in-person. Slots are limited; please contact me prior to registering.
Stretching & Flexibility Coaching
Focused stretching sessions enhance flexibility, reduce injury risk, and boost performance. Consistent stretching will enhance your recovery in-between resistance training sessions.

If you need Fitness and Nutrition guidance, but prefer working out on your own, I have various Fitness Plans available in the Member Area.

In lieu of 1-on-1 coaching for each session, we will have one weekly follow-up session online to review the previous week’s workouts—what’s been working, what needs adjustments, etc.
This option is ideal for intermediate fitness-minded folks that just need a little guidance.

You will get as much out of Nutrition Coaching as you put into it. In our initial meeting we will discuss current eating habits and dietary preferences, as well as your fitness goals. Based off of the information you give me, I will give you my recommendations.
From there, we will follow up at the predetermined intervals to either keep you on track or make the appropriate adjustments.

If we can find a time and location that works for both of us, I would love to train you in person! Please note that due to my current client load, my time slots are limited.

Initial training packages come with a complementary assessment, which gauges your current fitness level and gives me a better idea of what types of exercises are best suited for you.
