Personal Training
One-on-one personalized sessions—either online or in person—that are designed to work every major muscle group. For maximum effectiveness, each session should be part of a long-term training plan and paired with proper nutrition.
Nutrition Coaching
Exercise + proper nutrition is the cheat code. I can coach you to make better nutrition decisions to supercharge your fitness goals.
Corrective Exercise
If you have a specific dysfunction due to injury or occupation (i.e. sitting for long periods of time) and have recently had physical therapy, I can help tailor your workout in a way that works around these issues and corrects them over time.
Guided Training
Sometimes all you need is the instruction manual. Let me design a total fitness plan that will help you reach your goals on your own.
This option is best for those seeking “personal” training but at a reduced cost.

Please see the Pricing page for more info. Pricing depends on the number of sessions purchased, as well as whether it is in-person or via Zoom.
If you need Fitness and Nutrition guidance, but prefer working out on your own, I have various Fitness Plans available in the Member Area.

In lieu of 1-on-1 coaching for each session, we will have one weekly follow-up session online to review the previous week’s workouts—what’s been working, what needs adjustments, etc.
This option is ideal for intermediate fitness-minded folks that just need a little guidance.

You will get as much out of Nutrition Coaching as you put into it. In our initial meeting we will discuss current eating habits and dietary preferences, as well as your fitness goals. Based off of the information you give me, I will give you my recommendations.
From there, we will follow up at the predetermined intervals to either keep you on track or make the appropriate adjustments.

If we can find a time and location that works for both of us, I would love to train you in person! Please note that due to my current client load, my time slots are limited.

Initial training packages come with a complementary assessment, which gauges your current fitness level and gives me a better idea of what types of exercises are best suited for you.
