About Me.
About Me.
When I first stepped into a gym as a teenager, I remember feeling completely intimidated by the rows of unfamiliar machines and equipment. But I kept showing up, and I kept getting stronger. By the time I was in college, fitness was a core part of my life—so much so that my friends affectionately labeled me the "gym guy" of our circle.
Then, graduation happened. Real life and work hours took over, and my workouts slowly became less and less frequent. As my stress and desk hours increased, my nutrition slipped, and my weight climbed.
The turning point came when I took on a new position as a manager at a national commercial gym. Initially, I made the effort to get back into shape just to "look the part." I never actually planned on training others. But one day, a gym member asked me how I had achieved my goals. I gave them a few pointers, and seeing them get notable results just from our brief conversation was incredibly rewarding.
That was the moment everything changed. I realized I wanted to help people directly. I became a Certified Personal Trainer, and since then, I’ve coached dozens of clients across hundreds of sessions. It has been the most rewarding decision of my career.
How We Can Work Together
While my in-person slots in the Bronx are highly limited, I have designed flexible options to meet you wherever you are on your fitness journey:
Virtual Zoom Training: Dedicated, 1-on-1 live coaching slots designed to maximize your time and efficiency.
Guided Training: An innovative, budget-friendly program structured specifically so that financials never have to be a de-motivator for your health.
The Digital Library: I have compiled the accumulation of all my knowledge, tips, and experience right here on this website—and I’m constantly adding to it.
Let me help you build—and keep—the discipline you need to master your fitness journey.
Discipline > Motivation.
I believe in a holistic, functional, and long term approach to fitness. Getting a “revenge bod” or trying to get in shape for a vacation in 3 weeks may get you to the gym in the short term, but will not help you develop and maintain healthy habits. I will keep you accountable and keep you on the right path in your fitness journey.
