Nutritional Coaching starts with an initial session in which we will discuss your current and past dietary habits, as well as your goals. I will use this information to help you make the necessary changes that will help you reach your goals.
This package includes 8 weeks of coaching (daily via e-mail), with one 30-minute Zoom session each week.
